Details

Our signature service is Forest Immersion, otherwise known as Forest Bathing. You have the option to add on any of the above additional services. If you're looking for a very active day instead, opt for hiking and yoga instead of Forest Immersion. Download the one sheet to learn more about Forest Immersion.

Locations

We offer our services at many locations in Southern Vermont based on your group size, interests, and season. Our Forest Immersion partners include Scott Farm Orchard, Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center, and The Manitou Project. In addition, we offer hiking locations throughout the region including Black Mountain Natural Area.
