Intention. We work towards calming our busy minds and soothing body tension to allow an expanded awareness of our inner and outer worlds. We learn to slow down.
Guided progression. We start with a relaxing, grounding, sensory-awakening meditation. We then explore mindfulness-based prompts ("invitations") that help focus attention and improve present moment awareness. Yogic stretching and breath work may be added, if that's right for you.
Sharing. While this is not talk therapy, we do pause periodically for you to share what you're noticing during the meditations and invitations.
Interaction with the natural world. The slow pace and sensory focus allow you to engage in direct, hands-on exploration of your relationship to Nature.
Customization. We'll work with your comfort zone, and your mobility level.
